Yes. We offer one‑stop OEM, ODM, and private‑label customization services – from product design and sample development to bulk production. This includes hat style, fabric, color, size, embroidery, printing, labels, hang tags, and packaging. Clients can also choose from our existing styles and request modifications in color, pattern, or branding, significantly shortening the development cycle.

For stock products, the MOQ is typically 100 pieces, with mixed styles and colors allowed based on inventory availability – ideal for trial orders and quick restocking. For OEM/ODM custom orders, MOQ varies by style, fabric, and process requirements – we can tailor a solution based on your purchasing plan.

Stock samples are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom samples typically require 7–15 working days. Sample fees are calculated based on style, materials, and manufacturing complexity. Upon bulk order confirmation, sample fees may be refundable in part or in full, depending on order quantity.

We can arrange third‑party testing and provide compliance support for your target markets. For the US, Europe, and other overseas destinations, we can assist with CPSIA, CPC, and other relevant test reports or certification documents as required.

We maintain a comprehensive quality management process, covering raw material and accessory inspection, pre‑production sample approval, in‑process random checks during production, and final inspection before shipment. Key points checked include size, color, embroidery, printing, stitching, appearance, and packaging – ensuring that finished goods match the approved samples and order specifications.

Our international payment system is still being set up – previously we primarily operated on a cash‑basis for domestic transactions. We are currently working to support T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and other standard export payment methods. Please contact us for the latest payment options.

For stock orders, shipment is usually arranged within 3–7 working days after payment. For OEM/ODM custom orders, after sample approval and deposit confirmation, the standard production lead time is typically 25–40 days.
